TO USE THE GOOGLE CALENDAR (IV).
In figure 8 you can see the
option REPEAT. This can be used if a
certain event is going to be repeated. In some companies it is common
practice to have a meeting once or twice a month, etc. Therefore, here
you can choose to repeat the event on a different day.
In our case, the visit to the
production plant is a one off event. It is going to take place on
Thursday 26th July 2007 at 14:00 until 15:30. Therefore, all we have to
do is click on the NO REPEAT button.
In order to define the PLACE
where the event is going to take place, (figure
9) all you have to do is write in the name of the place in the box. In
this option there is not a list of places to choose from. Therefore,
you will have to input the place manually.Continuing with our example,
the event will take place in the Production Department.
