HOW TO USE GOOGLE CALENDAR (VI).

In figure 12 you can see how to ADD a comment, situation or additional aspect to an event. You can add any detail with this option.

If you look at the example, you can see the comment that we have added "if the weather is bad, the visit will have to be suspended until further notice".

Once you have created an event, you can Add people via email. All you have to do is add the email addresses of those you want to invite and they will automatically receive a notification telling them to visit the event that you have created.

This function is very important, as it gives us the opportunity to include everyone that is involved in the event. This way everyone knows the details of the event.(ver figura 13).
