Rice paella with seafood (3)

We begin by chopping. First, we chop the onion. We can do this ourselves with a knife or we can us a food processor.

We are going to chop it into very small pieces to make them less visible as we eat.

We add a garlic clove and continue chopping.

We add half a glass of oil to a frying pan. When the oil is ready (fuming), we add the onions and garlic we have chopped using low heat.
