Rice paella with seafood (4)

Now, we will begin working with the peppers and tomato. To prepare the green pepper, we remove its stem and seed emptying it.

We chop the pepper into very small pieces.

Then, we pour everything (the chopped pepper, the garlic and onions) into a paella casserole with oil (two fingers), to cove the bottom.

Using low heat, we begin to fry everything. When we see them reach a golden colour, we add the tomato. This tomato should be crushed. To do this, we must first peel its skin off, remove its seeds and then put it in a blender to crush. Another option is to buy it canned.
