Characteristics

They know
who they can trust and they trust only them. They have trusted in
their parents from a young age and their parents have spoken to them
about all types of situations and experiences.
They are
confident and therefore, they don’t find it difficult to accept
when changes occur e.g. when a couple splits up. They know that life
is full of ups and downs and that they have to integrate them into
their own life.
They feel
comfortable with all types of change as they are prepared to take
their own responsibilities.
They are
open to making decisions, run risks and act in order to achieve results.
They are
not afraid of other people’s criticisms as they know who they
are, what they want and what they can achieve with the resources they
have.
