Alhen claims "planning is the key". Nowadays, if you plan everything
you want to do, you foresee the circumstances and evaluate the
conditions that will develop with these activities, it is difficult for
the things not to go according to plan.
Someone once told me that "man
likes routine" therefore as of today try to factor in planning your
daily routine. At the start perhaps you will find it difficult, but
later you will find it easier and then this is when you will see that
it is part of your routine.
"Do
everything you can before you go to bed, that way you save time in the
morning". Before you go to bed, try to carry out as many tasks as you
can for the next day, this way you will save valuable time which can be
used for other things. Start practising from now on and soon you will
see the results. Start arriving earlier to the office, school of where
ever you are going.
Keep your umbrella,
coat, hat, gloves, etc close to the door. If you do this, this will
make access to them easier if the circumstance arises that you need
them, espeically if it is raining, cold, hot, etc.
Besides the
previously mentioned, it is also important not to forget your purse,
keys, etc..for this reason also have them at hand on your bedside
table, or close to the door.
If you always leave your keys in the same
place it will be easier to find them. Have a special place where you
keep your keys or a place for your purse. This will make finding them a
lot easier.
Another important piece of
advice is for you to write down the routine that you have created for
yourself, so that you do not forget what you need to do and therefore
don't waste time in the morning. Keep the piece of paper with your
routine in your bedroom and look over it at night, that way you will
have it in your mind and you will do things quicker.
However, attention, Alhen
draws our attention to the fact that we should not trust in the morning
and writes: "if you follow these magic steps you will have time in the
morning, don't waste time, take advantage of it to do things calmly".
A warning
Remember that food should
always be carefully prepared bearing in mind certain hygiene measures.
Alhen claims that food can go off over night if we do not prepare it
well, and if this happens we lose a whole morning replacing the damaged
food. Therefore, always be careful.
