Strategic Plan
Establishing quality action plans.
Actions are similar to strategies. They formulate courses of action which are necessary to accomplish quality tasks. They are fixed in a lower reach and amount of time than strategies. They are directly related to application and result topics.
Execution of a quality strategy.
It most important aspects will be education and molding, participation, culture-motivation, technology, authority/power, compensatory structures, and organizational structures.
Quality Control and Evaluation
Quality plans require constant control to ensure their effectiveness. This means developing control systems for every level of the plan. We will see this in later lessons.
