Implanting Relational Marketing

This is not just about creating a good relational marketing plan. You need to know how to put it into practice. Many companies carry out good plans but they don't manage to sucessfully instil them. Implating Relational Marketing requires a series of stages:

1.Design a basic service

2.Standardize your relationships

3.Increase the service

4.Fix a relational price. Better prices for better clients.

5.Show that the company knows how to value its clients.

6.Apply internal marketing. Incentives for the employees so that they improve their Customer Service.
